摘 要:以硅藻土为主要原料制备硅藻土基多孔陶瓷,在其表面浸渍以硅藻土、电气石、烧结助剂为原料制备的釉料,低温煅烧制备出电气石修饰硅藻土基内墙材料,并研究了其对甲醛的去除效果.结果表明:电气石修饰硅藻土基内墙材料的主晶相为石英和相应的电气石晶相,该材料具有较大的比表面积和丰富的孔洞,釉层中电气石的环保性能也得以保留;该材料在甲醛初始质量浓度为0.312 mg/m^3的1 m^3的环境舱内,净化360 min后,舱内甲醛质量浓度降为0.089 mg/m^3,甲醛的去除率达71.4%,说明该材料对室内空气中的甲醛具有良好的吸附、去除效果.The diatomite was used as the main material,diatomite-based porous ceramics were prepared.On the surface of diatomite-based porous ceramics,through dipping glaze composed by diatomite,tourmaline and sintering additives,tourmaline modification diatomite-based interior wall material was prepared.The formaldehyde removal effect was discussed.The results indicated that the main crystalline phases of tourmaline modification diatomite-based interior wall material were quartz and corresponding tourmaline phase.The material had larger specific surface area and abundant pores.The environmental performance of tourmaline in the glaze was preserved.The concentration of formaldehyde droped from 0.312 mg/m3 to 0.089 mg/m3 in 1 m3 environmental chamber in 360 min,and the formaldehyde removal rate was 71.4%,indicating that the material had good adsorption and removal effects on formaldehyde in indoor air.
