摘 要:目的:研究医务人员感知医患关系、工作投入与工作满意度三者之间的关系,为提升医务人员工作满意度、构建良好的医疗服务环境提供理论依据。方法:资料来源于2013年全国第五次卫生服务调查吉林省医务人员调查数据,采用单因素方差分析、Pearson相关分析和结构方程模型研究医务人员感知医患关系、工作投入与工作满意度三者之间关系。结果:吉林省医务人员工作满意度总体得分为(4.34±1.07)分,主要影响因素有性别、学历和执业类别,工作投入正向影响医务人员感知医患关系、工作满意度,医务人员感知医患关系也正向影响工作满意度。结论:改善医患关系、激发医务人员工作投入对工作满意度有正向激励效用。Objective:To study the relationship among medical staffs’perceived physician-patient relationship,job involvement and job satisfaction,to improve their job satisfaction,and to provide a theoretical basis of building a better medical service environment.Methods:The data was from medical staffs’survey data of the Fifth National Health Services Survey(2013)in Jilin province.Single factor analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis and structural equation model were used to research the relationships among medical staffs’perceived physician-patient relationship,job involvement and job satisfaction.Results:The total score of medical staffs’job satisfaction in Jilin Province was(4.34±1.07).The main influencing factors were gender,degree and category of employment.The results of structural equation model showed that job involvement affected medical staffs’perceived physician-patient relationship and job satisfaction positively,and medical staffs’perceived physician-patient relationship had positive influence on job satisfaction too.Conclusion:To improve physician-patient relationship and stimulate medical staffs’job involvement can motivate job satisfaction.
