摘　　要：目的:通过对大学生中医五态人格、体质与心理健康相关性的研究,探讨五态人格测验表对大学生健康人群心理危机预防的适用性。方法:采用五态人格测验表,结合五五体质检测表和症状自评量表SCL-90,对武汉市某高校某学院大一全年级233名学生进行调查。结果:阴阳和平因子相对SCL-90中所有10个因子具有统计学意义(P<0.01),都呈负相关。太阴因子则与10个因子呈正相关且有统计学意义(P<0.01);平人质、偏风质两种体质因子与SCL-90中的所有10个因子有统计学意义(P<0.01),均呈负相关。多痰质因子与SCL-90中的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性4个因子有统计学意义(P<0.01),呈正相关;与强迫症状、人际敏感、偏执、睡眠4个因子也有统计学意义(P<0.05),呈正相关。阴阳和平因子和太阴因子可以作为观察健康人群心理健康与否的重要人格特点,除平人质和偏风质以外的几种体质都容易在危机状态下出现不良心理问题。结论:大学生人格特征、中医体质与心理健康具有相关性。五态人格测验表适用于对大学生健康人群进行普查以实现心理危机预防。Objective:By studying the relativity of college student's physique,personality and mental health,this paper further explored the applicability of five-type personality test form to the prevention of mental crisis of healthy college students population.Methods:Five-type Personality Test and five-five physical examination form were used to survey 233 students in the whole grade of a school in a college in Wuhan City.Results:There was a negative correlation between Yin-Yang peace factors and all 10 factors in SCL-90,and there was statistical significance(P<0.01).The lunar factor and all 10 factors were positively correlated which had statistical significance(P<0.01).The two flat hostage and partial wind quality factors were negatively correlated with all of the 10 factors in SCL-90,and there was statistical significance(P<0.01).Phlegm constitution dimension score and the four factors of somatization,depression,anxiety and psychosis in SCL-90 were positively related,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.01).The four factors of obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoid,sleep were positively related,and there were statistical significance(P<0.05).It showed that Yin-Yang peace factors and lunar factors can be used as important personality characteristics to observe the mental health of healthy people.It was easy to appear adverse psychological problems in the crisis state except a man with the flat hostage or partial wind quality.Conclusion:The college students’personality characteristics,physique of Chinese Medicine and mental health are related.Five-type personality test and five-five physical examination form are suitable for the prevention of psychological crisis among college students.
