工学结合,提高商务英语专业学生的就业竞争力

摘　　要：传统的教育模式已经不能满足学生对知识的需求,以及社会对学生职业能力的要求,为了提高商务英语专业学生的社会竞争力,工学结合的教育模式应运而生。文章通过介绍"工学结合"模式的内涵,分析当前高职商务英语毕业生就业现状中存在的问题,结合企业对商务英语专业学生职业能力的要求,提出了学校、企业和学生应共同推进工学结合的教学模式,提高学生的就业竞争力。The traditional mode of education can not meet the needs of students for knowledge and the social requirements of students’professional ability.In order to improve the social competitiveness of business English majors,the combination of work and study has emerged.By introducing the connotation of“combination of work and study”,this paper analyzes the existing problems in employment of business English graduates in higher vocational colleges.Combining with the requirements of business occupations for business English majors,it proposes that schools,enterprises and students should jointly promote the combination of work and study teaching mode to improve the employment competitiveness of students.
