绩效评价视域下甘肃省学前教育现状、问题与发展

摘　　要：学前教育是教育过程的起点和重要组成部分,党中央高度重视学前教育,把发展学前教育纳入民生工程予以保障。在梳理甘肃省学前教育的现状的基础上,分析了甘肃省学前教育存在的问题,通过绩效评价分析甘肃省学前教育的有效性,并提出优化学前教育发展的创新和举措。Preschool education is the starting point and important part of education process.The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to preschool education and guarantees the development of preschool education into people's livelihood project.On the basis of combing the present situation of preschool education in Gansu Province,this paper analyzes problems and effectiveness of preschool education in Gansu province through performance evaluation,and puts forward the innovation and measures to optimize the development of preschool education.
