摘  要:《国家公务员制度与考试》是行政管理专业一门理论性和实用性较强的课程。OBE教育理念与当下这门课程教学需要具有较强的契合性,为这门课程教学改革提供了一个具有较强可操作性的模式和框架。在以OBE理念为指导的课程教学改革中,基于预期教学产出不断优化课程教学目标、教学实施过程以及教学评价等教学环节,进而使课程对学生知识和能力的培养与学生就业需要、政府公务员职位要求实现更好匹配和衔接。经过两年的教学改革,教学质量得到明显提升,但是也存在一些值得注意的问题。The course of"national civil servant and examination"has highly theory and practicality in the major of adminis-tration management.OBE education concept is suitable for the course teaching needs provides a highly operational model and framework for this course reform.Developing the course teaching reform under the direction of OBE education concept optimi-zing the teaching objectives of the course teaching implementation process and teaching evaluation based on the expected teach-ing output and then the students′ability and knowledge obtained by the course has a proper matching student employment needs and civil service job requirements.After two years of teaching reform the quality of teaching improved significantly but there are some noteworthy problems.
