摘　　要：PAX8蛋白在脑胶质瘤患者组织中表达水平及其与临床病理特征分析。选取大连大学附属新华医院确诊的脑胶质瘤患者98例,根据2016年世界卫生组织(WHO)神经系统肿瘤分级标准,分为I级12例,Ⅱ级18例,Ⅲ级21例,Ⅳ级47例,使用酶联免疫吸附法、蛋白印迹法及免疫组化等方法测定所有脑胶质瘤患者PAX8蛋白表达。Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者PAX8蛋白表达水平高于Ⅰ级,且Ⅲ级患者PAX8蛋白表达水平高于Ⅱ级,Ⅳ级患者PAX8蛋白表达水平高于Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级,差异均有统计学意义;PAX8蛋白表达与年龄、病理学类型相关性不明显,差异无统计学意义;与病理学分级、瘤周水肿、浸润深度相关性明显,且病理学分期越高、瘤周水肿程度越高、浸润深度越深,PAX8蛋白阳性表达率越高,差异有统计学意义;PAX8阴性组总生存率及生存期均明显高于PAX8阳性组,差异有统计学意义。PAX8的表达水平与脑胶质瘤病理分级正相关,PAX8在脑胶质瘤的发生发展过程中起促进作用;PAX8低表达的脑胶质瘤患者能获得较好的预存率及生存期均明显高于PAX8阳性组。To investigate the expression of PAX8 protein in glioma tissues and its correlation with clinical features and postoperative survival time of patients with glioma.98 patients with glioma diagnosed in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University were selected,and according to the 2016 WHO nervous system tumor classification standard the cases were divided into grade I of 12 cases,gradeⅡof 18 cases,gradeⅢof 21 cases,grade IV of 47 cases.The expression of PAX8 protein in all patients with brain glioma was measured by enzyme\|linked immunosorbent assay,Western Blot and Immunohistochemical method.The expression level of PAX8protein in patients with glioma of gradeⅡ,ⅢandⅣwere higher than those in patients with glioma of gradeⅠ,and the expression level of PAX8 protein in patients with glioma of gradeⅢwas higher than that of patients with glioma of gradeⅡ,and the expression level of PAX8 protein in patients with glioma of gradeⅣwere higher than that of patients with glioma of gradeⅡandⅢ,and the differences were statistically significant.The correlation between the expression of PAX8 and age and pathological type was not obvious,and the difference was not statistically significant.The expression of PAX8 was correlated with the pathological grading,peritumoral edema and infiltration depth.The higher pathological stages,the higher the degree of peritumoral edema and the higher infiltration depth,the higher positive expression of PAX8 protein,and the difference were statistically significant.The total survival rate and survival period of patients with PAX8-were significantly higher than that in patients with PAX8+,and the difference was statistically significant.The expression level of PAX8 protein is positively correlated with the pathological grade of glioma,and PAX8 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma,and the glioma patients with low expression of PAX8 can get better prognosis.
