摘　　要：TM4SF1是跨膜四蛋白超家族(TM4SFs)的一个远亲,在多种上皮性来源的恶性肿瘤及供应肿瘤的血管内皮细胞中呈高表达。TM4SF1调控血管内皮细胞的功能及肿瘤病理血管的生成,并参与肿瘤细胞新陈代谢及微环境的形成,调控肿瘤细胞的生长、侵袭、转移,并与不良预后相关。TM4SF1在癌细胞中选择性表达的特性,使其成为肿瘤放射免疫治疗和抗体靶向治疗中的一个有潜力的靶点。本文对TM4SF1的结构、功能及与人类肿瘤侵袭转移的相关研究进展及其临床应用前景进行综述。Transmembrane-4-L-six-family-1(TM4SF1)is a distant cousin of the Transmembrane-4 super family(TM4SFs)which is overexpressed in many epithelial-derived malignancies and tumor vascular endothelial cells.TM4SF1 regulates the function of vascular endothelial cells,the formation of tumor pathological blood vessels,participates in the metabolism of tumor cells and the formation of microenvironment.TM4SF1 regulates the growth,invasion,metastasis of tumor cells and is associated with poor prognosis.The selective expression of TM4SF1 in tumor cells makes it a potential target for radioimmunotherapies and antibody targeted therapies.This review elucidates the structure of TM4SF1,its function and clinical application with tumors.
