几种植物油透明皂的性能比较

摘  要:文章选用精制葡萄籽油、小麦胚芽油、鳄梨油、玫瑰果油、甜杏仁油、月见草油和霍霍巴油代替目前常用的油脂,分别与碱液在85℃下皂化反应1 h,再加入透明剂制备了纯植物油皂。并在此基础上通过添加混合脂肪酸得到了植物油透明皂。比较了几种植物油透明皂的成型效果、透明度、水分和挥发物含量、起泡性能和泡沫稳定性,考察了植物油用量对皂体性能的影响。结果表明,玫瑰果油皂的透明度和泡沫稳定性最优,甜杏仁油皂的起泡性能最优。月见草油皂和霍霍巴油皂的成型效果、透明度、起泡性和泡沫稳定性均不理想。为保证皂体具备足够的硬度,透明皂配方中植物油添加量不宜超过混合脂肪酸用量的2倍。Instead of current commonly used oil,refined grape seed oil,wheat germ oil,avocado oil,rose hips oil,sweet almond oil,evening primrose oil and jojoba oil were saponified in alkali condition respectively.Then pure vegetable oil soaps ware prepared by adding transparent agents.On this basis,various vegetable oil transparent soaps were obtained by adding mixed fatty acids.Moreover,the molding effect,t ransparency,moisture a nd volatile content,foaming properties a nd foam stability were compared,a nd t he relationship between soaps properties and vegetable oil dosage were investigated.The results showed that the transparency and foam stability of rose hips oil soap and the foaming properties of sweet almond oil soap were optimal.The molding effect,transparency,foaming properties and foam stability of evening primrose oil soaps and jojoba oil soaps are not ideal.In order to ensure sufficient hardness of the soap body,the amount of vegetable oil should be less than twice of the amount of mixed fatty acids in the transparent soap formula.
