摘　　要：课程体系的开发与构建是人才培养的重要环节。课程体系构建是否合理,将直接影响专业人才的培养质量。本文结合北京经济管理职业学院国际商务专业教育教学改革实践,阐述了课程项目化、内容流程化、工学结合的课程体系构建原则、内容、实施方案与特色。The course development and construction was the crucial part of talent education,it influenced the quality of talent education directly whether the course system was rational.The paper gave the practice principles,contents,implementation and features combination with the practices of BIEM international business major teaching reform.
