瓷贴面与树脂修复前牙间隙的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较瓷贴面与树脂修复前牙间隙的临床效果。方法选取120例前牙间隙患者,分为对照组和观察组,对照组予以树脂修复,观察组予以瓷贴面修复,比较2组修复效果。结果术后3个月,2组恢复体完整性、颜色满意度无显著性差异(P>0.05),而观察组牙齿边缘适合性满意率、术后敏感性满意率、牙龈炎症反应满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后12个月复查,观察组恢复体完整性、颜色满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瓷贴面修复前牙间隙的临床效果显著。Objective To compare the effect of porcelain veneers and resin on restoration of front teeth gap.Methods A total of 120 patients with anterior teeth gap were divided into control group and observation group.Control group was treated resin restoration,while observaton group was treated with porcelain veneer.The restoration effect was compared between the two groups.Results Three months after surgery,there were no significant differences in body integrity and satisfaction degree of color recovery between two groups(P>0.05),but in the observation group,marginal satisfaction rate,postoperative satisfaction rate,sensitivity of gingival inflammation satisfaction rate were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Twelve months after surgery,complex integrity and color satisfaction degree in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The porcelain veneer is effective in repairing front teeth gap.
