派能达胶囊对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药新药派能达胶囊对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗患者生存质量及免疫功能的影响。方法选取肿瘤内科住院的肺癌患者45例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组30例,对照组15例。观察组采用吉西他滨联合顺铂(GP)方案+派能达胶囊治疗(派能达胶囊3粒/次,2次/d,口服),3周为1个疗程,连续用药2个疗程;对照组采用GP方案化疗,3周为1个疗程,连续用药2个疗程。分别观察治疗前后两组患者症状、KPS评分及EORTC QLQ-C30及QLQ-LC13各症状子量表标化分、外周血T细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白水平等。结果观察组治疗后生活质量改善率明显高于对照组患者,尤其是气促、咯血、吞咽困难及脱发症状(均P<0.05)。对照组患者化疗后IgG、IgA水平较治疗前明显下降(均P<0.05),而观察组患者细胞及体液免疫功能与治疗前比较无明显下降(均P>0.05),IgA水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论派能达胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC,可改善患者的生活质量,减轻化疗对患者体液免疫功能的影响。Objective To assess the effect of New Chinese patent medicine Pai-neng-da capsule on the quality of life(QoL)and immune function in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)receiving chemotherapy.Methods Forty five patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly assigned to study group(n=30)and control group(n=15).All patients were treated with two cycles of GP regimen(gemcitabine+cisplatin)as first-line chemotherapy,patients in study group received additional Pai-neng-da capsule(3 capsules b.i.d PO).The symptoms,KPS,EORTC QLQ-C30 and QLQ-LC13 scales were assessed;the peripheral blood T cell subsets,immunoglobulin levels were measured before and after treatment in two groups.Results Compared to control group the quality of life of patients in study group were improved significantly,and the dyspnea,hemoptysis,dysphagia and alopecia were alleviated(P<0.05).The IgA and IgG levels were decreased after treatment in control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant reduction in cellular immunity and humoral immunity before and after chemotherapy in study group(P>0.05).Compared with control,the IgA level was significantly higher in study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pai-neng-da capsule can improve QoL,and reduce the side effects and immune function injury caused by chemotherapy in patients with advanced NSCLC.
