摘 要:针对量测系统的恶意网络攻击是危及电力系统安全运行的重要因素之一,研究网络攻击者对量测系统的攻击行为以及该行为造成的破坏,能够为量测系统配置的改进提供决策依据。提出了电网虚假数据注入攻击的非线性分析模型,该模型的目标函数是恶意攻击后的量测值与实际量测值差别最大化,约束条件包括量测值攻击范围约束和避开状态估计不良数据检测的残差约束。针对该非线性规划模型的特点,在GAMS上实现模型编程,并调用非线性规划求解器BARON进行求解,算例分析结果表明恶意的虚假数据注入攻击能够危害电力系统的安全经济运行,且危害程度远大于随机的虚假数据注入攻击,验证了本文所提出模型和方法的有效性。Malicious network attack against the measurement system is an important factor that endangers the secure operation of power systems.The study about the attack on the measurement system and the resultant damages can provide significant support for improving the system configuration.This paper proposed a nonlinear analytical model of false data injection(FDI)attack.The objective function of this model was to maximize the difference between the measured value after malicious attack and the actual measured value.The constraints included measuring range limits and residual error constraint which kept the attack behavior hidden from the bad data detection function of state estimation.Based on the features of the model,the model programming on GAMS was achieved and solved by utilizing the nonlinear programming solver BARON.The numerical result indicates that the malicious FDI attack has a far more significant negative impact on the secure operation of power systems than the random FDI attack and consequently validates the effectiveness of the proposed model and approaches.
