摘 要:针对三箱式高低温冲击试验箱内部经常发生凝露现象,设计了一种嵌入式环境下模糊自整定PID控制和Smith预估控制相结合的防凝露控制系统。通过DHT11数字温湿度传感器采集测试区的温湿度信息,由防凝露控制器对其信息进行处理,对加热器和排风扇的工作条件进行判断并启动控制命令,采用远红外加热器进行加热,实现主动防凝露的功能。阐述了凝露产生的机理,提出了模糊PID控制与预估控制相结合的防凝露控制策略,并进行试验与分析。结果表明,该控制策略更加符合环境变化的要求,可提高控制效率,具有良好的控制性能。A kind of anti-condensation control system combining fuzzy self-tuning PID control and Smith predictive control in embedded environment is designed to prevent condensation in the box of high and low temperature impact test chamber.The temperature and humidity information of the test area is collected by DHT11 digital temperature and humidity sensor.The information is obtained by the anti-condensation controller.It is used to judge the working conditions of the heater and the fan,and start the control command.The remote infrared heater is used to achieve active anti-condensation function.The mechanism of condensation production is expounded.The anti condensation control strategy combined fuzzy PID control and predictive control is put forward.The test and analysis are carried out.After introducing the mechanism of condensation generation,the anti-condensation control strategy based on fuzzy PID control and predictive control is proposed and tested.The results show that the control strategy is more consistent with the requirements of environmental change.It can improve the control efficiency and have good control performance.
