摘  要:为了研究嗜水气单胞菌感染对黄鳝非特异性免疫和抗氧化功能的影响,将60尾黄鳝平均分成4组(对照组,处理组Ⅰ、处理组Ⅱ、处理组Ⅲ),处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别腹腔注射浓度为1×108cfu/ml、2×108cfu/ml、4×108cfu/ml的嗜水气单胞菌菌液,对照组注射等浓度生理盐水,测定各组在感染菌后12 h、24 h、48 h血清中溶菌酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、总超氧化物歧化酶等四种酶活性。结果显示,在感染初期,与对照组相比,各处理组四种酶活力有不同程度的升高;处理组Ⅱ和处理组Ⅲ的溶菌酶有先升高后降低的趋势;酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活力在48 h内总体上持续升高,但在后期升高不明显,酸性磷酸酶活力有下降的趋势;总超氧化物歧化酶处理组Ⅲ则呈现先升高后降低的趋势。结果表明,在感染嗜水气单胞菌初期,黄鳝非特异性免疫相关酶活力随菌液浓度升高而升高;而在感染后期酶活力下降。In order to study the effect on immune and antioxidant function of Monopterus albus after infection by Aeromonas hydrophila,60 Monopterus albus were divided into 4 groups(control group and three treatment groups:group I,group II and group III).The group I,group II and group III were injected with concentrations of 1×10 8cfu/ml,2×10 8cfu/ml and 4×10 8cfu/ml Aeromonas hydrophila suspensions,respectively.The activities of the four immune-related enzymes of lysozyme,acid phosphatase,alkaline phosphatase and total superoxide dismutasein serum were measured at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after infection,respectively.The control group was given the same concentration of saline.The results showed that in the early stage of infection,the four enzymes in the treatment groups increased in different degrees,compared with the control group.The trend of the lysozyme in the treatment group II and group III was firstly increased and then decreased.Acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activity increased in 48 h but later period increase was not obvious,or there was a downward trend for alkaline phosphatase.The total superoxide dismutase in treatment group III increased at first and then decreased.At the early stage of Aeromonas hydrophila infection,the immune-related enzyme activity increased together with the increase of the concentrations of the bacteria and the activity of the enzyme became weaker in the later stage of infection.
