通心络对椎-基底动脉系短暂性脑缺血发作患者的血液流变学、疗效及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的分析通心络对椎-基底动脉系短暂性脑缺血发作患者的血液流变学、疗效及预后影响。方法随机选择2015年1月至2016年6月收治的椎-基底动脉系短暂性脑缺血发作患者98例,将其均分为2组,对照组患者采取常规治疗方案进行降压、降糖、降脂,观察组患者在常规治疗方案上加服通心络胶囊。比较治疗前、后患者的血液流变学指标的变化,并记录患者治疗疗效。结果 2组患者治疗后,平均血流速度均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者平均血流速度疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后,血液流变学指标均优于治疗前患者的血液流变学指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者流变学指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组总有效率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.154,P=0.0047)。结论采用常规治疗方案上加服通心络治疗椎-基底动脉系短暂性脑缺血发作患者,明显改善患者的血液流变学指标,提高治疗疗效,值得临床推广普及。Objective To investigate the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on haemorheological indexes,therapeutic effects and prognosis of patients with vertebrobasilar transient ischemic attack.Methods Ninety-eight patients with vertebrobasilar transient ischemic attack who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The 49 patients in control group were treated by conventional therapy including decreasing blood pressure,blood lipid and blood glucose,however,the other 49 patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Tongxinluo capsule.The haemorheological indexes and therapeutic effects were observed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment the average blood flow velocity(Vm)was significantly improved in both groups,as compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover the Vm in observation group was suprior to that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment the haemorheological indexes in both groups were suprior to those before treatment(P<0.05),furthermore,which in observation group were suprior to those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the total effective rate in observation group(91.84%)was significantly higher than that(79.59%)in control group(χ2=13.154,P<0.01).Conclusion The conventional therapeutic schedule combined with Tongxinluo capsule can obviously improve haemorheological indexes of patients with vertebrobasilar transient ischemic attack,and can enhance therapeutic effects,thus,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
