摘  要:采用高通量测序技术研究大连低温海域细菌群落组成和功能。实验结果显示:在门的水平上群落中优势菌依次为拟杆菌门(47%)、厚壁菌门(23%)、变形菌门(13%)和螺旋体门(12%)的细菌;在属的水平上群落中优势菌依次为拟杆菌属(17%)、普氏菌属(13%)和密螺旋体属(12%)的细菌;注释到大量的与外源物降解相关的功能基因,如氯烷烃和氯烯烃、氯环己烷与氯苯、多环芳烃、DDT等外源物的降解相关基因。Composition and function of the bacreial community of seawater in Dalian coast at low temperature were studied based on high throughput sequencing technology.The results show that Bacillus,Firmicutes,Proteobacteria and Spirochete were the dominant phyla,accounting for 47%,23%,13%and 12%of the total,respectively;Bacteroides,Prevotella and Treponema were the dominant genera,accounting for 17%,13%and 12%of the total,respectively.Genes involved in the degradation of several xenobiotics,such as chloroalkane,chloroalkene,chlorocyclohexane and chlorobenzene,were presented.
