摘　　要：1959年中国部分城市开展了算账工作。在这一工作中,开封通过政策学习、群众鸣放、政府整改等措施,完成了经济退赔与作风整改的任务,并在此基础上澄清了干群的错误观念,初步建立了单位财务制度,改进了干部作风,密切了干群关系。开封城市人民公社的算账工作既是中共对社会主义经济发展规律的新认识在实践层面的一次尝试,又是极具思想教育特点的一次干部作风整顿。In 1959 some cities in China carried out the accounts work. In this work, Kaifeng had completed the task of economic return and compensate and style rectification through policy study, public propaganda, government rectification and so on, clarified the wrong ideas of cadres, built the unit financial system, improved the cadre style and closed the relations of cadres and masses on this basis. The accounts work of the urban people's commune in Kaifeng was not only an attempt of the CPC's new understanding to the socialist economic development law in practice, but also the rectification of cadres' work style with ideological and educational characteristics.
