摘　　要：目的:探寻使住院医师规范化培训过程管理规范化、同质化的方法,以期提升住院医师规范化培训的质量。方法:检索CNKI、万方数据库2014年至今住院医师规范化培训过程管理的相关文献进行综述。结果:通过对培训制度与落实、培训活动、过程考核、信息化手段的应用等方面的现状进行综述,探讨住培过程管理中存在的问题并分析对策。结论:培训基地要结合先进的教学方式和理念,注重形成性评价和反馈,保障培训效果的规范化、同质化。Objective:Searching the way of the standardization and homogenization of the process management of resident standardization training,and to promote the quality of resident standardization training.Methods:Retrieval and review the literature about the process management of resident standardization training in CNKI and Wanfang databases from 2014 to now.Results:Summarizing the current situation of the training system and implementation,training activities,process assessment,and the application of information technology,to discuss the problems existing in the process management of resident standardization training,and analyse the countermeasures.Conclusion:The training base should combine the advanced teaching methods and concepts,pay attention to formative evaluation and feedback,and ensure the standardization and homogenization of the training effect.
