德尔菲法在住院医师规范化培训出科考核指标量化中的应用

摘　　要：目的:确立较为科学的住院医师规范化培训出科考核指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,经过两轮专家咨询确立指标体系并赋予指标权重。结果:两轮专家咨询积极系数分别为98.33%和98.18%,专家权威程度平均值分别为0.761 9和0.860 3,专家意见的协调系数平均值分别为0.429 8和0.478 0;最终确立住院医师规范化培训考核指标45项,包括一级指标5项,二级指标40项,其中医德医风、临床实践指标完成情况、临床综合能力、技能考核和理论考核5项一级指标的权重系数分别为0.130 3、0.150 1、0.209 0、0.300 4和0.210 1。结论:参与考核专家积极性较高,权威性、协调性较好,应用德尔菲法筛选出的考核指标可提供有效依据。Objective:To create a set of scientific assessing index system on the resident standardized training.Methods:To construct the index system by Delphi method carrying out two times of specialist consultation,and give weight of indexes.Results:The enthusiasm coefficient of specialists in two times were 98.33%and 98.18%respectively,the the average values of specialist authority were 0.761 9 and 0.860 3 respectively,the average values of coordination coefficient of the specialists’opinion were 0.429 8 and 0.478 0.There were 45 indexes remained in the final,among them 5 first grade indexes and 40 second grade indexes.The weight of the first grade indexes namely medical virtue,clinical practice indicators assessment of completing the clinical comprehensive practice,skills and theoretical evaluation were 0.130 3、0.150 1、0.209 0,0.300 4 and 0.210 1.Conclusions:The enthusiasm,authority and harmony of specialists are good.The indexes selected by the Delphi method can give effective accordance for the resident standardized training.
