摘　　要：本文针对制造商、零售商和第三方组成的闭环供应链双渠道回收结构决策问题建模,揭示了第三方规模经济效应的强弱对供应链渠道结构决策的影响机理。通过模型仿真,刻画了第三方规模经济性对双渠道回收率和各节点价格的影响趋势,同时也对回收模型中包括回收困难度以及再制造节约程度等相关参数进行了相关分析。最后本文引入二部定价契约机制对供应链进行协调,提高供应链整体的决策水平。In this paper,we have constructed a closed-loop supply chain dual-channel model consisting of manufacture,retailer,and third-party.We assume the manufacturer produces only one product for retailers to sell,for retailers and third-party to recycle the waste product,and then to remanufacture.It illustrates the mechanism of decision making in the traditional closed-loop supply chain dual-channel model through calculation and analysis.We consider the third-party’s economies of scale in this model.Economies of scale in third-party are usually reflected by the decrease of the comprehensive cost.Thus,we use a parameter to express economies of scale,and reconstruct a closed-loop supply chain dual-channel model under the third-party economies of scale.Firstly,we obtain the parameters of supply chain model which includes the collection rate and related price through calculation.In addition,we discuss the influence of third-party economies of scale effect on the decision making of the supply chain by comparing the parameters with the traditional closed-loop supply chain dual-channel model.Then we analyze the related parameters in the model which includes remanufacturing and the difficulty of collection.Thus,we can know how the related parameters affect the decision making of the supply chain.We conclude that the third-party economies of scale can decrease the price of related nodes,and increase the whole collection rate.All participant’s profit of the supply chain can get promoted.The overall efficiency of the supply chain will achieve a significant improvement when the remanufacturing cost savings are increased.We carried out numerical simulation experiments to demonstrate the correctness of the conclusion.Lastly,we employ the two-part tariff contract to coordinate the entire supply chain and optimize the decision-making process.
