探讨司法精神医学鉴定中应用心理测验的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨司法精神医学鉴定中应用心理测验的效果。方法选择该院2014年12月—2016年12月收治的司法精神鉴定患者40例为研究对象设置为观察组,对照组患者为该院同期所收治的40例精神分裂症患者。参照《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(第3版)》《道路交通事故受伤人员伤残评定》以及韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS)对患者进行心理测验与评估。观察韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS)评估结果与道路交通事故受伤人员伤残评定结果之间的对应关系进行分析。结果经由WAIS测验发现,观察组中,重度智力缺损(34分以下)占10.00%,共计4例,中度智力缺损(35~49分)占20.00%,共计8例,轻度智力缺损(50~69分)占27.50%,共计11例,边缘智力(70分以上)占45.50%,共计17例。观察组患者WAIS智力水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者伤残鉴定结果与WAIS测验结果具有相关性关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论司法精神医学鉴定中应用心理测验具有较高的科学性以及使用价值,有利于司法精神医学鉴定准确性的提高,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of mental test in the medical identification of judicial spirits.Methods 40 cases of patients with judicial spirits identification admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group,and 40 cases of patients with schizophrenia admitted and treated at the same period were selected as the control group,and the mental test and evaluation was conducted according to the Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders in China-Third-Edition,Assessment for body impairment of the injured in road traffic accident,and WAIS,and the corresponding correlation was analyzed.Results The WAIS test showed that,in the observation group,there were 4 cases with severe intelligence defect(below 34 points),accounting for 10.00%,8 cases with middle intelligence defect(35~49 points),accounting for 20.00%,and 11 cases with mild intelligence defect(50~69 points),accounting for 27.50%,and 17 cases with marginal intelligence(above 70 points),accounting for 45.50%,and the WAIS intelligence level in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),at the same time,the disable identification results were correlated with the WAIS test results,in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mental test in the medical identification of judicial spirits is of higher scientificalness and application value,which is conducive to the improvement of accuracy of medical identification of judicial spirits,which is worth promotion.
