摘 要:目的探讨MDA-7/IL-24对肝癌细胞粘附和侵袭的影响。方法构建MDA-7/IL-24的质粒,通过转染的方法过表达到两种肝癌细胞株中,观察MDA-7/IL-24过表达后是否能够抑制肿瘤细胞的粘附和侵袭。结果构建稳定表达MDA-7/IL-24的细胞表达株,高表达MDA-7/IL-24能够抑制肝癌细胞的粘附(分别降低37.0%及64.0%,P<0.05)和侵袭(分别降低63.4%及81.3%,P<0.05)。结论 MDA-7/IL-24不仅可以抑制肿瘤细胞生长,而且可抑制肝癌细胞的粘附和侵袭,在肿瘤生物治疗中具有良好的应用前景。Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of MDA-7/IL-24 on adhesion and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.Methods The plasmids of MDA-7/IL-24 were constructed and overexpressed into two hepatoma cell lines by transfection.Whether the overexpressed MDA-7/IL-24 could inhibit the adhesion and invasion of tumor cells was observed.Results Overexpression of MDA-7/IL-24 inhibited the adhesion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells(reducing by 37.0%and 64.0%respectively,P<0.05)and invasion(reducing by 63.4%and 81.3%respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion MDA-7/IL-24 can not only inhibit the growth of tumor cells,but also inhibit the adhesion and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.It has a good prospect in tumor biological treatment.
