埃索美拉唑和奥美拉唑用于胃溃疡治疗临床效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的综合评估埃索美拉唑、奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的整体疗效,为胃溃疡临床治疗工作提供参考和指导。方法选择该院2015年3月—2016年8月确诊并治疗的102例胃溃疡患者为例,根据用药治疗方案不同分为采取埃索美拉唑治疗的实验组(n=51)以及采取奥美拉唑治疗的对照组(n=51),对比两组胃溃疡患者治疗期间的症状评分变化以及治疗总有效率、Hp变化情况、药物不良反应发生率、溃疡愈合和住院时间。结果治疗前两组胃溃疡患者症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后症状评分均对比治疗前有所改善,且实验组对比对照组更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,实验组总有效率98.03%、不良反应总发生率3.92%,对照组总有效率86.27%、不良反应总发生率15.68%。实验组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对胃溃疡治疗,采取埃索美拉唑治疗效果明显优于奥美拉唑治疗,在治疗效果方面、安全性方面、Hp根除率等方面均有明显优势,具有临床实施价值。Objective This paper tries to evaluate the overall efficacy of esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer,and to provide reference and guidance for the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods 102 patients with gastric ulcer diagnosed and treated in this hospital from March 2015 to August 2016 were selected.According to the different treatment regimens,the experimental group(n=51)was treated with esomeprazole and the control group was treated with omeprazole(n=51).The changes of symptoms and the total effective rate,Hp changes,incidence of adverse drug reactions,ulcer healing and hospital stay were compared between the two groups of patients with gastric ulcer during treatment.Results There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Symptoms score after treatment were improved compared with that before treatment,and the experimental group had more advantages compared with the control group,after statistical calculation(P<0.05).In addition,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.03%,the total incidence rate was 3.92%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.27%,the total incidence rate was 15.68%.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group,after statistical calculation(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of esomeprazole is superior to omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer,and there are obvious advantages in terms of safety,Hp eradication rate and so on.It has clinical value.
