摘　　要：目的对肿瘤介入化疗对外周血象影响的规律进行分析。方法回顾性分析该院在2016年1月—2017年3月期间收治的恶性肿瘤介入化疗患者220例,根据患者的年龄分为对照组(≤59岁)和观察组(>59岁),分析两组患者外周血细胞下降情况。结果在行介入化疗178例患者出现白细胞下降(80.9%),180例患者出现血小板下降(81.8%),160例患者出现血红蛋白下降(72.7%)。观察组患者在化疗后7 d内白细胞、血小板和血红蛋白下降的例数高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各外周血象指标下降的程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者在行介入化疗时均会有外周血象下降,因此在行介入治疗时应根据患者的年龄、病情等具体情况,严格掌握化疗药物的用量,做好化疗期间的预处理,以减轻骨髓抑制程度。Objective To analyze the effect regularity of tumor interventional chemotherapy on the peripheral hemogram.Methods 220 cases of malignant tumor interventional chemotherapy admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were reviewed and divided into two groups according to the ages,including the control group whose age≤59 years old and the observation group whose age>59 years old,and the peripheral blood cell decline of the two groups was analyzed.Results After the interventional chemotherapy,there were 178 cases with neutropenia(80.9%),180 cases with thrombocytopenia(81.8%),160 cases with hemoglobin decrease(72.7%),after 7 d of chemotherapy,the decrease cases of leukocyte,platelet and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the decrease degree of various peripheral blood indexes in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral hemogram can occur at the interventional chemotherapy of tumor patients,therefore,we should strictly master the dosage of chemotherapy drugs and do well in the pretreatment during the chemotherapy according to the age and disease conditions of patients to relieve the bone marrow depression degree.
