摘　　要：目的观察骨代谢生化标志物临床应用指南。方法选取该院2015年6月—2017年6月收治的60例骨代谢疾病患者(即为观察组)以及120名正常体检个体(即为对照组)为该次实验研究对象,所有该次实验参与者均采用电化学发光法测定血清β-胶原特殊序列、血清检测骨钙素(OC)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、总I型胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)、25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D],比较观察组与对照组各项检测数值变化情况。结果观察组患者血清β-胶原特殊序列、血清检测骨钙素、甲状旁腺激素与对照组相比均有一定程度的提高,对照组患者血清β-胶原特殊序列(362.31±126.44)pg/m L、血清检测骨钙素(15.26±4.26)ng/m L、甲状旁腺激素(38.26±6.25)pg/m L,各项检测数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论对于骨代谢疾病患者检测其血清β-胶原特殊序列、血清检测骨钙素、甲状旁腺激素、总I型胶原氨基端前肽、25-羟基维生素D等骨代谢生化标志物,对综合评价患者骨代谢变化可提供准确的临床判断依据。Objective To observe the guidance of biochemical markers of bone metabolism.Methods 60 cases of bone metabolism diseases patients(observation group)and 120 cases of normal test individual(control group)treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects and the serumβ-Crosslaps,OC,PTH,PINP and D[25(OH)D]of all patients were tested,and the changes of various test values of the two groups were compared.Results The serumβ-Crosslaps,OC and PTH in the observation group were improved compared with that in the control group to a certain degree,which were respectively(362.31±126.44)pg/mL,(15.26±4.26)ng/mL and(38.26±6.25)pg/mL in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can provide an accurate clinical judgment basis for comprehensive evaluation of bone metabolism changes to test the serumβ-Crosslaps,OC,PTH,PINP and D[25(OH)D]of all patients.
