白内障超声乳化术后黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度改变及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的研究分析临床中在接受白内障超声乳化术之后患者黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度(SFCT)的情况以及对其影响因素。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年10月期间收治的老年白内障患者70例,运用超声乳化白内障吸出人工晶状体植入手术进行治疗。之后使用深度增强相干光断层扫描(EDI-OCT)技术对患者手术之前、手术后第1天、第2周、第1个月、第3个月的SFCT以及眼压(IOP)实施测量。对比不同因素下SFCT的变化情况,运用回归分析法对SFCT的改变与IOP、AL、年龄等因素的关系。结果 (1)患者手术后第3个月IOP平均值(14.68±3.48)mm Hg高于手术前平均值(P<0.05);(2)男性患者第3个月的SFCT为(27.48±25.57)高于女性患者(18.73±10.42),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在实施超声乳化白内障吸出书之后3个月内患者的SFCT增厚,第1个月最为显著。而SFCT的值变化和患者的IOP、AL、年龄、性别等不存在显著相关。Objective To research and analyze the central fovea of macula chorioidea thickness changes after the phacoemulsification and influence factors.Methods 70 cases of senile cataract patients in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and treated with ultrasonic emulsification cataract suction intraocular lens implantation surgery,and the SFCT and IOP before operation,in 1 d,2-week,1-month,3-month were measured by the EDI-OCT,and the changes of SFCT at different factors were compared and the correlation between the changes of SFCT and IOP,AL and age was analyzed by the regression method.Results①The average value of IOP after surgery was(14.68±3.48)mmHg,which was higher than that before operation(P<0.05);②the SFCT in males in three months was higher than that of females,[(27.48±25.57)vs(18.73±10.42)].The difference was not statistially significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The SFCT of patients after the ultrasonic emulsification cataract suction surgery thickens,most obvious in the first month,and there is no obvious correlation between the changes of SFCT value and IOP,AL,age and gender of patients.
