摘　　要：论文分析了房地产开发与经营的课程特点及教学现状,基于21世纪学生的特点,认为采取混合式教学模式能够充分发挥学生的主观能动性,做到教学以学生为中心,以达到提高教学效果的主旨,并给出了具体的实施方案。This paper analyzes the curriculum characteristics and teaching status of real estate development and management.Based on the characteristics of students in the 21st century,it is believed that adopting a hybrid teaching model can give full play to the subjective initiative of the students,so that teaching can be student-centered,so as to improve teaching.The main purpose of the effect,and gives a specific implementation plan.
