摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下巴曲酶联合质子泵抑制剂三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血(UGB)的效果。方法选取2014年2月至2016年2月我院收治的86例消化性溃疡合并UGB患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用质子泵抑制剂三联疗法;观察组患者在对照组基础上应用内镜下巴曲酶用药治疗,对比两组在不同时间的止血率、临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后8、16、24、48 h,观察组患者的止血率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.194,P=0.275)。结论消化性溃疡合并UGB采用内镜下巴曲酶联合质子泵抑制剂三联疗法临床治疗效果显著且止血率较高。Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic batroxobin combined with proton pump inhibitor triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer with UGB.Methods A total of 86 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with UGB in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with proton pump inhibitor triple therapy.Patients in the observation group were treated with endoscopic batroxobin on the basis of the control group.Hemostasis rates in different periods,clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results At 8,16,24,48 h after treatment,the hemostatic rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(X2=1.194,P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic batroxobin combined with proton pump inhibitor triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer with UGB has remarkable effect,with higher hemostasis rate.
