白三烯受体拮抗剂联合抗组胺药物治疗变应性咽喉炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨白三烯受体拮抗剂与抗组胺类药物联合治疗变应性咽喉炎的临床疗效,并分析患者相关症状的改善程度。方法对该院2014年8月—2016年8月期间门诊所治疗的74例变应性咽喉炎患者进行回顾性分析,所有患者均应用白三烯受体拮抗剂与抗组胺类药物进行治疗,并应用辅助药物止咳药,采用VAS评分标准对患者初诊、治疗第1周以及治疗后的第2周临床症状进行评分,比较两次治疗前、后的症状改善程度。结果治疗1周后,患者的VAS评分(2.06±0.24)分、(1.98±0.23)分、(2.02±0.16)分与之前(6.53±0.14)分、(6.22±0.21)分、(6.03±0.19)分比较,明显更优,治疗后的第2周,患者的各项评分(1.13±0.12)分、(1.12±0.23)分、(1.03±0.26)分明显优于第1周VAS评分(2.06±0.24)分、(1.98±0.23)分、(2.02±0.16)分,比较后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白三烯受体拮抗剂与抗组胺类药物联合应用在变应性咽喉炎的临床治疗中效果显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,值得应用推广。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of leukotriene receptor antagonist combined with antihistamine drugs in treatment of allergic pharyngitis and analyze the improvement degree of related symptoms of patients.Methods 74 cases of patients with allergic pharyngitis treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were reviewed,and all patients were treated with leukotriene receptor antagonist combined with antihistamine drugs,and used the antitussives,and the clinical symptoms at first visit,in first week and second week after treatment were scored by the VAS scores,and the improvement degrees of symptoms before and after treatment were compared.Results After 1-week treatment,the VAS scores were obviously better than those in the control group,[(2.06±0.24)points,(1.98±0.23)points,(2.02±0.16)points vs(6.53±0.14)points,(6.22±0.21)points,(6.03±0.19)points],after 2-week treatment,various scores were obviously better than those in the first week[(1.13±0.12)points,(1.12±0.23)points,(1.03±0.26)points vs(2.06±0.24)points,(1.98±0.23)points,(2.02±0.16)points],and the differences were obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of leukotriene receptor antagonist combined with antihistamine drugs in treatment of allergic pharyngitis is obvious,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is worth promotion and application.
