摘　　要：针灸治疗小儿面神经麻痹效果确切,已广泛应用于临床。本文旨在对目前针灸治疗小儿面神经麻痹的临床现状做一简单概述,通过网络检索近5年内的相关文献,分析对比单纯针刺疗法,电针疗法,针刺配合艾灸、中药,针刺配合推拿疗法,以及针刺配合电针、火罐、穴位注射等综合疗法治疗本病的临床效果,为针灸临床治疗小儿面神经麻痹提供更规范有效的治疗方案。Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of pediatric facioplegia has definite effect,which has been widely used in clinic.This paper aims to make a brief review of clinical status of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of pediatric facioplegia at present.Through searching related literatures in recent five years on network,and analyzing and comparing the effects of single acupuncture therapy,electroacupuncture,acupuncture combined with moxibustion and Chinese medicine,acupuncture combined with Tuina,and acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture,cupping glasses,acupoint injection and other comprehensive therapies in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide more standardized and effective therapy for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of pediatric facioplegia in clinic.
