摘 要:我国消化道肿瘤发病率、病死率持续增高,早发现、早治疗是提高患者生存率的关键,内镜是实现消化道肿瘤早诊早治的有效方法,探索新的内镜诊疗技术是消化道肿瘤防治的重大需求。光声成像是近年来蓬勃发展的一种基于瞬时热弹性效应的非入侵式和非电离式的多模态生物医学成像方法,可提供毫米乃至纳米的空间分辨能力,提供解剖、功能、代谢、分子、基因等多尺度的生物组织光吸收对比度信息,该技术与消化内镜结合为实现消化道肿瘤高灵敏早期诊断探索了新的成像模式,展现出巨大应用潜力。本文就光声内窥技术的研究进展作一综述,旨在为内镜创新成像和内窥分子影像研究提供新思路。The incidence and mortality of digestive tract cancers in China increases constantly and early detection and treatment are the key to improving the survival rate of patients.Endoscopy is an effective method to achieve early diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract cancer,therefore,the exploration of new endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology is of great demand for preventing the digestive tract cancer.Photoacoustic imaging is a recent widely adopted technology,which is characterized by non-invasive and non-ionizing multimodal biomedical imaging and based on transient thermoelastic effects.It has the potential of providing high resolution,narrowing down to millimeter to nanometer spatial resolution,and multi-scale biological tissues light absorption contrast information,such as anatomy,function,metabolism,molecules and genes.A new mode of imaging for diagnosing early digestive tract cancer is explored by combining digestive endoscopy with photoacoustic imaging,which displays an enormous application potentiality.This article reviews the research progress of photoacoustic endoscopic technology and intends to provide new insights for endoscopic imaging and endoscopic molecular imaging research.
