FOXJ1在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨叉头框蛋白J1(FOXJ1)在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法回顾性分析2014年2月至2016年5月延安市人民医院治疗的76例胃癌患者,选取胃癌组织观察,同时选取癌旁组织(距肿瘤边缘>5 cm)作为对照。采用免疫组化法检测胃癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达,观察FOXJ1表达与胃癌临床病理特征关系以及FOXJ1表达与预后关系。结果胃癌组织FOXJ1阳性表达率为47.37%,明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、浸润深度T3+T4、有淋巴结转移患者FOXJ1阳性表达率分别为12.90%、26.09%和23.33%,明显低于TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、浸润深度T1+T2、无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);FOXJ1阴性表达患者中位生存时间为22个月,明显低于FOXJ1阳性表达患者的27个月,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);COX风险比例回归分析显示,FOXJ1表达、TNM分期及淋巴结转移是胃癌患者预后的独立影响因素(OR值分别为0.725、2.779和2.259,P<0.05)。结论 FOXJ1在胃癌组织中表达减弱,与胃癌临床病理特征以及患者预后有一定关系,值得进一步研究。Objective To exprore the significance of expression of Forkhead box J1(FOXJ1)in gastric carcinoma.Methods The data of seventy-six patients with gastric cancer in this hospital during February 2014 to May 2016 were retrospective analysed,the tissue of gastric cancer had been observed,and the adjacent tissue(from tumor margin>5 cm)were selected as control,immunohistochemistry had been used to detect the expression of gastric cancer tissue and adjacent tissue,and the relationship between the expression of FOXJ1 and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer had been observed,and the relationship between the expression of FOXJ1 and prognosis was also observed.Results The positive rate of FOXJ1 expression in cancer tissue was 47.37%,which was significantly lower than that of adjacent tissue(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of FOXJ1 in TNM stage III-IV,depth of invasion T3+T4 and lymph node metastasis in patients were 12.90%,26.09%and 23.33%respectively,and they were significantly lower than those at TNM stages I-II,depth of invasion T1+T2,in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The median survival period of patients with FOXJ1 negative expression was 22 months,which was significantly lower than 27 months of FOXJ1 positive patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The regrssion analysis of COX risk ratio showed that FOXJ1 expression,TNM staging and metastasis in lymph nodes were independent prognostic factors in patients with gastric cancer(OR=0.725,2.779 and 2.259,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of FOXJ1 in tissue of gastric cancer is weakened,it is related to the clinicopathological features and prognosis,it is worthy to be for further study.
