摘　　要：目的:对比腹腔镜与传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤的治疗效果。方法:在2016年7月至2017年7月期间,选取本院62例子宫肌瘤患者,均分为对照组与观察组,对照组进行开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,观察组进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,观察患者治疗效果。结果:患者手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间比对照组少,并发症发生率比对照组低,治疗效果比对照组高,P<0.05。结论:腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的治疗效果比开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术好,有效减少了患者手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间,降低了并发症发生率,具有借鉴价值。Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic and traditional laparoscopic myomectomy on uterine fi-broids.Methods:From July 2016 to July 2017,62 patients with uterine fibroids in this hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group underwent open myomectomy and the observation group under-went laparoscopic uterine fibroids myomectomy,Treatment therapeutic effect m the two groups observed.Results:The opera-tion time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group.The treatment effect was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic myomectomy is more effective than open myomectomy,which can effectively reduce the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay time,and reduce the incidence of complications.
