摘 要:为了获得表贴式永磁同步电机零速或低速时的转子位置,根据电机的高频模型,深入研究了一种基于脉振高频信号注入的无传感器控制方法。该方法首先向同步旋转的轴注入脉振高频电压信号,使得电机具有一定的凸极性;然后提出了一种转子磁极极性的判断方法,能够有效的检测出转子的初始位置,保证电机的顺利起动;最后使用转子位置跟踪观测器检测定子侧高频电流响应,经处理后提取出估计的转子位置和速度,实现了无传感器矢量控制。仿真结果验证了该方法在零速和低速时能够比较准确的实现转子位置和速度的检测。In order to get the surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor position at zero speed or low speed,according to the high frequency of the motor model,further study of a sensorless control based on pulse vibration of high frequency signal injection method.This method firstly infused the shaft of the synchronous rotation with the pulse frequency voltage signal,which made the motor have certain convex polarity.Then,a method of determining the polarity of rotor polarity was presented,which can effectively detect the initial position of the rotor and ensure the smooth start of the motor.Finally using rotor position tracking observer detecting stator side high frequency current response,after processing to extract the estimate the rotor position and speed,achieved sensorless vector control.The simulation results show that the method can accurately detect the position and velocity of rotor at zero speed and low speed.
