摘 要:本文提出一种基于双层博弈的实时电价定价策略。分层建立发电侧子博弈和用电侧子博弈模型,利用双层Stackelberg博弈理论寻找出唯一纳什均衡解。仿真实验结果表明,该实时电价定价策略不仅可以最大化所有参与人收益,还可以有效地减少区域总用电峰均比,起到削峰填谷作用。A pricing strategy of real time price based on double game is proposed in this paper.The generation side game and the electric side game model are established by stratification.The only Nash equilibrium solution is found by using the double Stackelberg game theory.The simulation results show that the real-time pricing strategy can not only maximize the profits of all participants,but also effectively reduce the peak to average power ratio of regional total power consumption.It plays the role of cutting peak and filling the valley.
