正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月20日~2016年5月20日大连市友谊医院收治的92例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者作为研究对象,依照入院的次序分为两组,每组各46例。常规组单纯采取修复治疗方案,实验组加用正畸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组的治疗优良率(97.83%)明显高于常规组(82.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者在恢复后牙咬合、牙齿整齐、前牙覆牙合等方面的百分比均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的治疗总满意度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者采取正畸联合修复治疗方案的应用价值显著,在牙齿功能与美观方面均达到较佳的恢复效果,值得采纳。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of orthodontics combined with repair therapy in the treatment of dentition defect complicated with dentognathic deformity.Methods A total of 92 patients with dentition defect complicated with dentognathic deformity treated in Dalian Friendship Hospital from January 20,2015 to May 20,2016 were selected as the subjects,and divided into two groups by the order of admission,46 cases in each group.The routine group was given repair therapy alone,and the experimental group was further given orthodontic treatment.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group(97.83%)was significantly higher than that in the routine group(82.61%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of occlusion,teeth tidiness and anterior teeth overbite in the experimental group after recovery was significantly higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of orthodontic therapy combined with repair therapy in the patients with dentition defect and dentognathic deformity is significant.The teeth function and aesthetic aspects have achieved a better recovery effect,which is worthy of adoption.
