摘  要:五轴联动机床的非线性误差和后置处理算法影响着机床的加工精度。本文针对自主研发的小型立式五轴联动机床进行了非线性误差分析,给出了误差补偿算法;对机床刀轴矢量和机床坐标变换进行了推理,分析UG生成的标准刀位文件和数控G代码之间的关系,利用MATLAB的GUI功能开发了后置处理器。以某眼镜片的修缘加工为例,验证了非线性误差分析和补偿方法的正确性及后处理的有效性。The nonlinear error and the post processing algorithm of five axis machine tools affecting the machining accuracy of machine tool,this paper analyzes the nonlinear error and discusses the error compensation algorithm on the basis of independent research and development of the small vertical five-axis linkage machine tool.The axial vector of milling cutter and machine tool coordinate are reasoned;an analysis is made of the relationship between the file of the standard knife generated by UG and NC G code;the post processor is developed by the MATLAB GUI.And then,the correction of the nonlinear error and the validity of the compensation method and the validity of the post-processing method are verified by an example
