盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆患者的临床疗效及对MMSE评分和ADL评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析老年痴呆患者盐酸多奈哌齐的疗效和对生活能力量表(activity of daily living scale,ADL)评分及简易智力状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评分产生的影响。方法:将老年痴呆患者以入院顺序分乙组、甲组,甲组患者57例,乙组患者55例;甲组用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,乙组用石杉碱甲治疗,观察患者的疗效、ADL评分、MMSE评分。结果:治疗前,两组MMSE评分、ADL评分间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,乙组MMSE评分、ADL评分均小于甲组(P<0.05);乙组治疗的总有效率小于甲组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年痴呆患者中,盐酸多奈哌齐可明显提高其生活能力,改善智力水平,治疗有效率较高。Objective:To explore and analyze the efficacy of donepezil hydrochloride and its effect on ADL score and MMSE score in Alzheimer's patients.Methods:112 cases of patients with Alzheimer's disease were divided into group B(55 cases)and group A(57 cases)according to the order of admission.The group A was given donepezil hydrochloride,and the group B was given huperzine.The curative effect,ADL score and MMSE score were summarized.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in MMSE and ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,MMSE and ADL scores in the group B were lower than those in the group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the group B was lower than that in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the patients with Alzheimer's disease,donepezil hydrochloride can obviously improve their living ability and the level of intelligence,and the effective rate of treatment is high.
