碘甘油联用康复新液治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究碘甘油联用康复新液治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法:选择119例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分对照组(60例)和观察组(59例);对照组患者采用碘甘油治疗,观察组患者联合康复新液治疗,比较两组临床疗效和临床检查指标。结果:观察组慢性牙周炎患者的治疗有效率94.92%,高于对照组的71.67%(P<0.05);两组治疗后的临床检查指标均改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:碘甘油联用康复新液对慢性牙周炎患者具有较为满意的临床效果,可以有效减轻炎症反应,缓解临床症状。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Iodine Glycerol combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods:119 cases of chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(59 cases).The control group was treated with Iodine Glycerol,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and clinical examination indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment for chronic periodontitis in the observation group was 94.91%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.67%)(P<0.05).The clinical examination indexes of the two groups were obviously improved(P<0.05),and the increase in the observation group was obviously superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Iodine Glycerol combined with Kangfuxin Liquid has satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,which can effectively reduce inflammation and relieve clinical symptoms.
