基于OTS模式的旅游专业人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：进入互联网旅游时代,线上旅游模式和传统旅游模式的博弈,延伸出新的OTS模式。通过调查问卷,分析新模式下企业的用人需求,结合高职旅游管理专业人才培养问题,提出新模式下专业人才培养需要加强现代技术和传统专业知识的结合,提高学生创新能力,满足个性定制化的需求。构建"三三结合"的教学体系,促进院校培养和市场用人的无缝对接,提高人才的职业素养和实践创新能力。A new OTS mode has arisen out of the competition between online tourism and conventional tourism in the internet age.In the study in which a questionnaire was designed,it was proposed that modern technology and conventional professional knowledge be combined to improve the students'competence in innovation and satisfy the requirements for customized travelling programs in talent cultivation of the new mode on the basis of an analysis of relevant enterprises'demands for human resources in the new situation and the problems in current talent cultivation of tourism specialties in higher vocational schools.This requires that a"3 plus 3"teaching system should be set up for the seamless connection between schooling and the job market and the improvement of the students'professional qualities and practical innovative competence.
