摘  要:基于模块化设计思想,设计了一种实用的超级电容器组均压电路,可实现单体电容电压的精确控制。电路使用了迟滞比较器和高精度电压基准芯片进行电容器电压检测,使用光耦和三极管实现充电电压的控制,保证了检测回路的准确性和稳定性。利用Multisim软件对设计的电路进行了电路仿真试验,并对试制的均压电路进行了试验,结果证明均压效果良好,明显提高了串联电容器电压分布的一致性。Based on modular circuit,a practical voltage equalization circuit was designed,which can control the capacitor in a high precision voltage level.A lagging comparator and high-precision voltage reference chip were used to detect the capacitor voltage,and an optical coupler and triode were used to control the capacitor voltage,so the accuracy and stability of the detection circuit were improved.The designed circuit was simulated using Multisim and the actual circuit was test.The results showed that the designed voltage equalization circuit was effective and significantly improved the consistency of the voltage distribution.
