摘　　要：胃癌是最常见的癌症死亡原因之一,早期诊治对于疾病的预后至关重要。近年来在普通白光内镜基础上,放大内镜、色素内镜、窄带成像技术(NBI)、共聚焦内镜(CLE)以及超声内镜(EUS)等更多诊断技术应用于内镜检查之中,早期胃癌(EGC)的诊断率明显增加。EGC的常用的内镜下治疗术包括内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)和内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)。目前这两种微创治疗技术已被证实安全可靠,特别是ESD可以对较大病变整块切除从而提高病变的完全切除率、降低术后复发率,是目前EGC的重要治疗方式。Gastric cancer is one of the most common causes of cancer death,and early diagnosis and treatment is crucial to prognosis.In recent years,the wide application of magnifying endoscope,chromo-endoscope,narrow band imaging,confocal endoscope and endoscopic ultrasonography and other technologies has helped increase the diagnosis percentage of early gastric cancers(EGC)on the basis of conventional white-light endoscope.Endoscopic treatment of EGC includes endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)and endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD),which have become safe and reliable mini-invasive surgical treatment technologies,especially ESD,which can be used to resect larger lesions in their entirety to improve the complete resection rate and reduce the local recurrence rate,it is an important method for treating early gastric cancer.
