超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果及安全性。方法方便选择2015年7月—2017年7月期间在该院行超声乳化伴人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼伴白内障73例患者的102例患眼作为研究对象。患者均行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,对比分析患者术前、术后视功能指标变化。结果术后3个月视力,眼压,房角,中央前房深度,周边前房深度指标均较术前显著改善;术后并发症发生率为15.67%,均无再次手术者。结论闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者采用超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗效果可靠。Objective To study the effect and safety of phaco-emulsification and intraocular lens implantation in treatment of primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma and cataract.Methods 73 case pationts,affected eyes of 102 cases of patients with primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma and cataract treated with phaco-emulsification and Intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects and all patients were treated with phaco-emulsification and intraocular lens implantation,and the changes of vision function indicators before and after operation were compared and analyzed.Results The vision,eye pressure,house corner,central anterior chamber depth and peripheral chamber depth in 3 months after surgery were obviously improved compared with those before surgery,and the incidence rate of postoperative complications was 15.67%,and there was no one with surgery.Conclusion The effect of phaco-emulsification and intraocular lens implantation in treatment of primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma and cataract is reliable.
