胸腔镜下行食管癌根治与传统食管癌根治术的疗效比较评价

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜下行食管癌根治与传统食管癌根治术的疗效。方法随机抽取至该院就诊的76例早期食管癌患者(2012年1月—2016年1月),采取奇偶数分组方案,其中对常规组患者采取传统食管癌根治术治疗,对实验组患者采取胸腔镜下食管癌根治术治疗,对比两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果实验组的术中出血量(118.62±50.20)mL明显少于常规组(230.52±59.85)mL,住院时间(19.12±6.33)d明显短于常规组(23.42±7.85)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是对比两组的手术耗时、淋巴结的清扫数量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组与常规组肺不张、吻合口瘘、肺部感染等的并发症总发生率分别为7.89%与31.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌患者推荐采用胸腔镜辅助下食管癌根治术进行治疗,便于缩短住院时间,减少出血量,提高手术疗效与安全性,值得实践推广。Objective To study the curative effect of thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer and traditional radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods 76 cases of patients with early esophageal cancer diagnosed in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups,the routine group and the experimental group were respectively treated with traditional radical resection of esophageal cancer and thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer,and the operation treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The intraoperative bleeding amount in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the routine group,(118.62±50.20)mL vs(230.52±59.85)mL,and the length of stay was obviously shorter than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(19.12±6.33)d vs(23.42±7.85)d,(P<0.05),but there were no obvious differences in the operation time and lymph nodes dissection number between the two groups(P>0.05),and the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group and in the routine group was respectively 7.89%and 31.58%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer is recommended to the patients with esophagus cancer,which is conducive to shortening the length of stay,reducing the bleeding amount and improving the operation curative effect and safety,and it is worth practice and promotion.
