摘　　要：近年来,环境污染问题所引发的刑事诉讼案件逐年增长。监测报告作为科学证据在环境案件中有着举足轻重的作用。文章根据证据法对监测报告作为定案证据的条件进行分析确认,并针对涉及的法律规定条件,对监测报告提出了相应要求。In recent years,criminal lawsuits caused by environmental pollution problems have increased year by year.As a scientific evidence,monitoring reports play a decisive role in environmental cases.According to the Evidence Law,the article analyzes and confirms the condition of the monitoring report as the evidence for fixing the case,and puts forward corresponding requirements for the monitoring report in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
