摘　　要：目的　探讨分裂样精神病的发生与父母育龄和胎次的关系。方法　采用Haldane和Smith的方法 ;对87例分裂样精神病患者的家系进行了分析。结果　分裂样精神病的发生与父母育龄和胎次关系非常显著 (χ >2 ,P<0 0 1)。结论　胎次高及父母育龄大 。Objective To explore the relationship between the onset of schizophreniform psychosis(SFP) and the effects of parental age at delivery and birth order.Methods The families of 87 probands with SFP were studied by Haldane & Smith procedures.Results The development of SFP was significantly associated with the parental at delivery and birth order.Conclusion The older the parental age at delivery and the later the birth order,the more likely were the offspring to develop SFP.
