摘 要:脑电图教学是神经内科教学中的必不可少的一部分。提高脑电图的教学质量,有效结合基础和临床应用,尽可能缩短从脑电图基础知识的学习向临床应用过渡时间成为脑电图教学中的最大的挑战。将病例分析教学法引入脑电图教学中,通过精选临床经典病例和灵活丰富的教学方法,引导学员更好的掌握脑电图的基础知识和与实际临床应用的结合的能力。精选的病例是病例分析教学法的重点,应结合脑电图知识的讲解顺序难度从浅入深的选择病例;而灵活丰富的教学方法更有助于提高病例分析教学法的教学效果。病例分析教学法在脑电图学与用的过程中,起到了关键作用,教学效果明显提高。Electroencephalogram(EEG)teaching is an indispensable part of neurology teaching.Improving the quality of EEG teaching,effectively combining basic knowledge and clinical application,and shortening the transition time from basic knowledge learning to clinical application become the challenge in EEG teaching.The case analysis teaching method is used in EEG teaching through the selection of classical cases and the flexible and abundant teaching methods.The students’basic knowledge and clinical application ability were highly improved.Selecting cases is the very important in case analysis teaching of EEG.These cases should be selected according to the basic knowledge from the shallow to the deep.The flexible and rich teaching methods also help to improve the teaching effect.Case analysis teaching method plays a key role in the learning and application of EEG,and has achieved good teaching results.
