高职院校体育专业学生就业现状及对策研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：近年来,在就业总量持续增加和有普通本科院校体育生竞争的双重压力下,用人单位对高职院校体育专业学生的需求逐步下降。调查研究江苏省高职院校体育专业学生的就业现状,了解毕业生在就业过程中面临的困难和挑战,进一步优化教学改革,促进人才培养与社会需求的紧密衔接,提升就业指导服务质量,推动实现更高质量的体育专业学生就业工作。In recent years,under the dual pressure of the sustained increase of total employment and the competition of gymnastic students in universities and colleges,the employment unit has reduced the demand for gymnastic students in higher vocational colleges.Through the investigation on the employment status of college students majoring in physical education of higher vocational colleges,we can understand the difficulties and challenges graduates faced in the process of employment,further optimize the teaching reform,promote the close connection of personnel training and social needs,improve employment service quality,with a view to realizing employment work of College PE Majors of higher quality.
