摘　　要：目的:探讨技能竞赛对高职药学专业人才培养的作用。方法:基于我院药学服务为导向的药学专业人才培养模式,从课程设置、实践教学、学岗衔接等方面分析职业技能竞赛的作用。结果与结论:设计了以药学服务为导向的职业技能竞赛项目。根据职业技能竞赛内容,合理设计了高职药学专业课程设置,保证了教学与岗位的无缝对接,有效提升了教师和学生技能,充分发挥了职业技能竞赛对高职药学教育的促进作用。Object:The role of vocational skills competition for pharmaceutical personnel in vocational college is discussed.Methods:On the basis of pharmaceutical care oriented training mode of pharmaceutical professionals in our college,this paper analyzes the role of vocational skills competition from the aspects of curriculum,practical teaching and learning and post link.Results&concepts:pharmaceutical service oriented vocational skills competition was designed.According to the contents of vocational skills competition,the curriculum setting of vocational pharmacy specialty was offered reasonably to achieve connection between teaching and post,the skills of teachers and students have been effectively improved and the important role of the competition in higher vocational education of pharmacy was played.
